The client behind Map Runner came to us needing technical help and branding to complete a personal project. We found this an easy collaboration due to the enthusiasm born out of the client's passion for running, which took the project through to completion.
The site includes a number of technologies which allowed us to stretch our keyboard playing fingers; API integration with Google's Map and Flickr's APIs enabled us to create a true Web 2.0 mashup.
Once the website was set live, on-going SEO analysis and optimisation ensured that natural search engine rankings were maximised, and the site was as visible to fellow lovers of running as possible.
